For Fitzgerald & Partners, corporate social responsibility means better health for our planet and people everywhere. As a firm, we’re working to use our economic, environmental and social resources thoughtfully and responsibly. That way, we can make a positive impact on our firm, our environment, and our society.

Every Fitzgerald & partners employee contributes to this mission. Talented, compassionate people are at the heart of our firm. Fitzgerald & Partners first opened our doors in Kinsale in 1998 and are focused on its corporate social responsibility and active in making a positive impact on the community.

We help privately and support local charity and projects and our team were lead project managers for community based projects such as Kinsale Lions Club Hospital Christmas Toy Appeal, Budget Breakfast Briefing supporting CUH Charity amongst other projects. Human kindness is a powerful force we could all do with more of. CSR is at the core of our culture in our firm and enjoy collaborating with others to provide a positive impact on others in our community and privately help in hardship cases.

Over the last few years, we at Fitzgerald & Partners have been involved various projects such as Blue & Amber 21 -Darkness into Light, Christmas Toy Appeal with the Kinsale Lions Club and the Doing Business in Kinsale App amongst other community projects helping and supporting the local community and it’s people helping to build healthier communities.

We provide opportunities that encourage and support employee volunteering. Our programs are built to reflect our focus on better care, whether that means celebrating our community heroes or stepping up to help local organisations. Fitzgerald & Partners has consistently aimed to provide opportunities for supporting local initiatives. We will continue to strive to create a better environment for our colleagues, our family, and our friends in a sustainable way. Helping others is in our DNA.
