Fitzgerald Private is the private client’s wealth management division of Fitzgerald & Partners, Registered Auditors & Accountants. The practice has many years experience in the area of general practice and taxation. Fitzgerald and Partners identified a need in its clients for services beyond compliance and Fitzgerald Private was developed out of this need.

Fitzgerald Private provides value-added services such as structuring of property transactions for the high-net-worth clients of the firm. Fitzgerald Private stands on its own right, having completed the purchase of a number of properties on behalf of clients, including office, retail, hotel and commercial premises.

Property investments and syndicates are matched to clients’ risk profile, lifestyle requirement for capital income growth and short or long term objectives. We source and research investment opportunities locally and globally.

Fitzgerald Private utilises a tried and tested model in structuring property transactions for its clients, from sourcing and due diligence to obtaining bank finance, efficient tax structuring, developing co-ownership agreements with clear objectives and exit strategies, and managing the asset.
